That Is Quite A Bulge! Check Out Mario Götze’s Down-Below Glory

Mario-Gotze-Boner-Pictures (4)I know he’s straight and all that, but I simply had to share these pics of German footballer Mario Götze.

Long, long before he scored the game-winning goal of the World Cup final, he was just a regular guy, playing a little soccer and going on vacation with his model girlfriend, Ann-Kathrin Brömmel. Back in July 2012, Mario and Ann-Kathrin took a romantic trip to Ibiza together and showed lots of PDA while relaxing on a yacht.

It goes without saying that Mario was superexcited to be spending time with such a beautiful lady, as evidenced by the giant bulge in his briefs — seriously, it’s really something. Needless to say, Ann-Kathrin and Mario are still going strong; after his triumphant defeat of Argentina in Sunday’s final, the couple shared cute kisses on the field and celebrated together at an afterparty with Rihanna. My Rebound Story

HomokissI still remember the first day I met Babangida. It was a sunny day, really hot. If you have ever lived or been to Gwagwalada on a sunny day, then you can appreciate what I am talking about. All my efforts at looking fresh, nice and sexy fell to ruins. I was sweating profusely, the handkerchief in my left pocket was already soaking wet.

Now that I think of it, I’m not sure if it was just the sun doing its evil job, or my nerves totally focused on ruining our first meeting. Thankfully, Babangida had a car. And better still, its air condition was fully functional.

As I stepped into the car, the chilly air felt like heaven. For a full two minutes, I sat down blank. Baba was speaking but I wasn’t listening. I was too busy absorbing the chilliness.

When I finally regained my composure, I quickly apologised for the silence. Baba understood and we drove straight to town. Continue reading

Citing ‘exploding’ HIV epidemic, WHO says all gay men should take antitretroviral drugs

Daily Antiretroviral Pill Found To Protect Healthy From AIDS TransmissionAt the height of the AIDS epidemic in the 1980s, images of gaunt victims flooded publications and television, igniting a global awareness campaign that would eventually help winnow the annual number of new infections by one-third in the past decade. But those victories have also lulled the general population into a sense of complacency, the World Health Organization warned late last week.

“We are seeing exploding epidemics,” said Gottfried Hirnschall, who leads WHO’s HIV department, according to Agence France-Presse.

Those at the most at risk of being infected — transgender people, men who have sex with men, prisoners, sex workers and people who inject drugs — account for nearly half of new HIV infections worldwide. And because of social or legislative discrimination, they’re also often the least likely to access HIV prevention and treatment centers. Continue reading

What The Texas Man Said When Obama Asked Him If He Was Gay

BsNJFiqCAAEB7wmDaniel Webb, a comedian and sometime drag queen based in Austin, Texas, got a hearty laugh out of President Barack Obama with a joke about his sex life.

According to the Austin Chronicle, the exchange occurred after the president asked Webb if he was gay while visiting a restaurant Thursday. When Obama went up to pay at Austin’s famous Franklin Barbecue, the Chronicle reported that Webb, who was working the cash register, “threw his hand down and slapped the counter dramatically.”

“Equal rights for gay people!” Webb declared. Continue reading

Blog_Love And Sex In The City“Oohm, you guys, this is a week day. Do I really have to be a part of this expedition?” I complained as the cool evening air rushing in through the open window in the backseat of Adebola’s car slapped across my face. “By the time we finish this waka, whenever that time is, I still have to get home and prepare for work tomorrow.”

“Let’s hear word abeg,” said Adebola as he turned around on the front passenger seat. Biola was the one behind the wheel. Adebola doesn’t like driving to places he doesn’t already know how to get to. “Is it only you that has a job in this car sef?”

“Abeg help me and ask him o,” Eddie interjected, turning to look me up and down with rapid eye movements.

I chuckled. “Last I checked, I’m the only one here who has a job to get to tomorrow. Biola is on leave, Adebola, you, you are a master of your own work hours. And Eddie, well –”

“And Eddie what?” he rounded on me with exaggerated indignation. “Ehen? And Eddie what? Is it because I don’t have a white collar, nine-to-five job, you now want to condescend to me, ehn? Better take several seats mbok.” Continue reading

What They Say…

This is a Facebook update of someone who I have no idea about his sexuality. However, whether he’s gay, bi or straight, that doesn’t matter to me. What matters is that he very boldly updated this, a statement that decries the unfairness of the treatment of the LGBT community. Read below and let us know what you think.

Man+speaks+to+woman+‘They say gays are horrible. They say they should be lynched & their habitation rendered desolate. They wouldn’t bear to touch a gay, talk to gays, give a gay a helping hand. They treat them like lepers, and they are looked upon with such hate and venom not thought possible for anyone to possess. They call them ‘bloody gays’, ‘fucking homos’, ‘disgusting dykes’ and they treat them in a way less of a human. When a gay passes, they crumple up their noses, purse their lips in derision and whisper under their breaths, ‘fucking gay’. Continue reading

Olympic Swimmer Ian Thorpe Comes Out

247198-ian-thorpeIn an interview that airs tonight in Australia, and after years of rumors, the record-breaking swimmer Ian Thorpe says he’s gay.

After years of saying he’s straight, Thorpe has come out as gay in an interview with Sir Michael Parkinson, according to The Daily Telegraph. The Australian swimmer broke 22 world records and won five Olympic gold medals, three silver medals, and one bronze medal.

In his 2012 autobiography This Is Me, Thorpe addressed the speculation that has confronted him for years writing: ‘‘For the record, I am not gay and all my sexual experiences have been straight. I’m attracted to women, I love children and aspire to have a family one day … I know what it’s like to grow up and be told what your sexuality is, then realizing that it’s not the full reality. I was accused of being gay before I knew who I was.’’ Thorpe described his struggle with depression, and described considering suicide, and earlier this year he went into a rehabilitation facility to treat depression.

I wonder what happened to make him decide to overthrow this 2012 conviction, and come out with a 2014 revelation. No, I wasn’t being sarcastic o!

Let’s Discuss…About Why Everyone Must Be Gay

Blog_Let's DiscussThree years ago, when I was unemployed, I had this friend who got wind of this seminar that was going to be hosted by some gay activist group here in Lagos. It’s an event we simply must attend, my friend said as he tried to persuade me to go with him for the seminar. He was boyfriend-less at the time and figured it’d be the perfect hunting ground for a potential hook-up. I got sold and accompanied him to the event. It was a good seminar. I learned a lot. There were good-looking attendees there, both male and female. My friend flirted incessantly with one of the guys. At the end of the seminar, he asked the guy for his number, and the young man coolly declined, telling him he wasn’t interested in what my friend was obviously interested in. he is straight, he said. He’s just here because as a human rights activist, he’s sympathetic to the gay cause.

Bloody closeted fag, my friend muttered viciously to me. I asked if he didn’t believe the guy’s heterosexual claim. He said no, he didn’t. When I asked why, then came the litany of clichéd rationalizations – he’s too pretty to be straight… he’s a gay activist, for chrissakes… he’s gay, he just doesn’t know it yet… #sigh# Continue reading
